Earth Work Solutions – Douglas Branch
Earth Work Solutions is looking for a seasonal Laborer to join our Douglas branch. This position will assist with roustabout duties, including fencing and general labor on a variety of projects.
This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to move into a permanent role this fall.

Earth Work Solutions – Douglas Branch
Earth Work Solutions is looking for a seasonal Laborer to join our Douglas branch. This position will assist with roustabout duties, including fencing and general labor on a variety of projects.
This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to move into a permanent role this fall.
Job Duties:
- Assist with roustabout work
- Help with fencing projects
- Perform general labor as needed
- Load, unload, and move materials
- Follow directions from supervisors and crew leads
- Maintain a safe and clean work area
- Monday – Friday (occasional weekends if project needs require it)
- 10–14 hour shifts, depending on the project
- Seasonal work with potential for permanent employment this fall
- Must be dependable and willing to work long shifts
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors
- Must follow safety procedures
- Previous labor, fencing, or roustabout experience is helpful but not required
