Earth Work Solutions is seeking a dependable part-time laborer to assist with shop and equipment upkeep. This role will primarily involve pressure washing the exterior and cleaning the interior of heavy equipment, along with other small maintenance and general labor tasks as needed.

Schedule: Approximately 10–15 hours per week (flexible)
Location: Company shop in Gillette, WY
Work Environment: Outdoor work required; must be willing to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Pressure wash heavy equipment and vehicles

  • Clean and detail equipment interiors

  • Perform basic shop cleanup and organization

  • Assist with minor maintenance and general labor tasks

Requirements:

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Ability to work outdoors in the elements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

  • Valid driver’s license preferred
